A small dose goes a long, long way...

The 90-Second Mindfulness Reboot is meant to be both a preventative technique and real-time stress-reduction tool. For people maintaining busy schedules, this method makes it easy to build resilience without a huge time commitment. Best of all, you can take advantage of this technique throughout the day and build a solid meditation habit by linking it to activities you already do. Here’s a tip: next time you go refill your coffee cup or water, follow it with a quick meditation. Overtime, you’ll see that linking makes it quite easy to get a good amount of meditation time throughtout your day.

Stress is an increasing concern for students, workers, and Americans in general. With sweeping changes in the way that we access work, distance learning, and increased distractions from social media, going inward with short meditations and breathing techniques can be helpful in facilitating the unplugging process.
